Stenning & Associates staff are its most important asset. We are committed to training and developing our staff at all levels as well as supporting them in their work in order to benefit the firm as a whole.

Everyone is encouraged to develop their skills and talents in line with the needs of the firm. Training is regarded as ongoing throughout one’s time with the firm but specific training is arranged for staff as and when the need arises.

At Stenning & Associates we are proud of our progressive culture. All our staff are recruited from a pool of people that enjoy and excel in what they do – be they the receptionist or a senior associate. Although as a team we can never forget the commercial realities of the “bottom line” we at Stenning & Associates also believe it is counter-productive to have a work/life imbalance.
